The iPhone diagnostic report
your customer can verify.

PhoneVitals talks to the iPhone's own chips over a USB cable — the battery gas gauge, the power IC's black box, kernel panic logs — and turns them into a signed report with a QR code. Your customer scans it and sees the same findings on this site.

It reads what the phone hides

Every check reads the hardware's own counters — never a guess. Each verdict ships with the raw evidence, so your technician and your customer can both see why.

Battery cell forensics

Reads the gas gauge's private diary: the deepest voltage the cell ever hit, thermal abuse events, the internal-resistance curve at each charge level, and a real ESR measurement in milliohms. Reset cycle counters and reflashed gauges show up immediately.

Fraud & frankenphone detection

Serial pairing checked across board, battery, display and cameras. Board ID against model identity. Decade-aware serial decoding. Refurbishment markers. If someone lied about this phone, the report says so — with the evidence attached.

Panic-log decoding

Kernel panics decoded down to sensor tokens: TG0B → the battery temperature line, Prs0/Mic1 → the charge-port flex, Mic2 → the power-button flex. The exact flex cable, not "something crashed".

Board-level suspects

Known failure patterns mapped to real board designators — U3101 audio-IC loop disease, Tristar/Hydra charging deaths, backlight filters — each with a confidence label and instructions for the bench.

Leakage & short-circuit probes

Two software ammeters quantify abnormal quiescent drain in milliamps — the signature of a shorted capacitor — before you ever reach for the thermal camera.

Reports customers can verify

Every paid report is signed on our server with an Ed25519 key and carries a QR code. Your customer scans it and sees the authentic report here. A forged or edited copy simply will not verify.

All it takes is the cable. No jailbreak, no disassembly, nothing installed on the phone — PhoneVitals reads what the device already knows about itself. Illustration.

The scan's own scorecard. Probes answered, log lines analysed, rules applied — counted from that scan, so nobody has to take the grade on faith.

Three steps, about two minutes

No jailbreak. Nothing installed on the phone. Nothing left behind.

Plug in the iPhone

Any iPhone 6s through the iPhone 17 family, over a normal USB cable. Tap "Trust" on the phone — that is the whole setup.

Run one scan

A multi-pass verified scan reads 23 subsystems, the battery gauge, the panic logs and the power IC's boot black box.

Hand over the report

A signed, QR-verifiable report. Print it, or let the customer scan the code and check it live on this site.

Pay per scan. Nothing else.

One credit = one full device scan, signed report and QR verification included. No subscription, no seat licences, no lock-in. Credits never expire.

Reading this on a phone?

PhoneVitals runs on the Windows PC at your bench, not on the phone you are testing. We can put the link on that computer for you.

Questions shops actually ask

Which iPhones are supported?

iPhone 6s through the iPhone 17 family (including 16e and Air), on Windows 10 and 11. The scan uses Apple's own USB diagnostics protocols — no jailbreak, and nothing is installed on the phone.

Is it safe for the customer's phone?

Yes. PhoneVitals only reads. It uses the same diagnostics interface Apple's own tools use, makes no changes to the device, installs nothing and leaves nothing behind.

How accurate is it?

The engine is calibrated against an 82,458-line corpus of real device telemetry and 297 hardware signals measured on real phones. Our labelled benchmark currently runs at 0 errors across 703 checks, and every verdict is printed with the raw evidence behind it — we show our work rather than asking you to trust a number.

What exactly stops someone forging one of my reports?

Each paid report is signed on our server with an Ed25519 private key that never leaves it, and carries a unique QR code. Anyone can check a report at phonevitals.com/verify and can also verify the signature themselves against our published public key. Altering a single digit invalidates the signature.

Why payment in USDT?

It settles in minutes anywhere in the world, with no chargeback fraud and no card data to protect. It also keeps the price at $0.29–$0.99 per scan instead of losing a third of that to processor fees. Our 30-day refund covers you either way.

Does it work without internet?

Scanning and analysis run entirely on your PC. A connection is needed only to spend a credit and to sign the report for QR verification — the two things that must be genuine.

Can it really see inside the battery?

The battery's gas-gauge chip keeps a private log: the minimum voltage ever reached, thermal events, an internal-resistance table per charge level, real cycle data. PhoneVitals reads and interprets all of it — including the tricks, like reset counters and reflashed gauges.
