These terms govern your use of the PhoneVitals software and the scan credits sold on this site. By purchasing credits or running the software you accept them.

1. Who you are contracting with

PhoneVitals ("we", "us") supplies diagnostic software for professional phone repair businesses. Our postal address is 701 Greenstreet Boulevard, Sedro-Woolley, Washington 98284, United States. 2. What you are buying

You buy scan credits. One credit permits one full diagnostic scan of one device and the issuing of one signed report for it. Credits do not expire. Each computer also receives one free scan.

A licence key may be activated on a limited number of computers, stated on the pack you buy. Keys are for your business. Reselling, publishing or sharing a key beyond that limit breaches these terms and we may block the key.

3. What the software claims, and what it does not

PhoneVitals reports evidence, not certainty. Findings come from reading the device's own telemetry and exist to support the judgement of a qualified technician. They do not replace physical inspection, and we do not warrant that every fault will be detected or that every finding will prove correct on the bench.

The software only reads. It does not modify a device, unlock it, bypass activation or remove passcodes, and we will not assist with any of those uses.

4. Payment

Credits are sold in USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network. Each order is issued a unique amount, and paying that exact amount is what identifies your order. Sending a different amount, or using a different network, can make a payment unrecoverable. Contact us immediately if that happens and we will help wherever it is technically possible.

5. Refunds

Every purchase carries a 30-day refund without conditions, set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use PhoneVitals to misrepresent a device's condition to a buyer.
Do not attempt to forge, alter or reproduce a signed report or its QR verification.
Do not decompile, strip, resell or redistribute the software.
Do not use the software on devices you are not authorised to service.

We may suspend a licence used in these ways. Unless the suspension follows fraud, we refund the unused credits on it.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or loss of business.

8. Trademarks

PhoneVitals is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, authorised, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc. iPhone, iOS and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect, and credits you have already bought stay governed by the terms in force when you bought them.
