Your download is starting

It is a single folder — no installer. Below is everything between the zip file and your first free scan; it takes about three minutes.

PhoneVitals-1.0.2-win64.zip · 54 MB

If nothing happened, start the download manually. SHA-256 bf68806839c0b33f34d1730ba205badea249b9e38c781d1a9b5b7f62d79bdb9e

  1. Unzip the folder anywhere

Right-click the zip → Extract All. Run it from the extracted folder, not from inside the zip — Windows opens zips read-only and the app needs to write its own data.

  2. Run PhoneVitals.exe

SmartScreen shows a publisher notice on newly released software until it has built up download history. Choose More info → Run anyway. If you would rather confirm the file first, the SHA-256 above is the one we published.

  3. Plug the iPhone in and tap Trust

Use a data cable, not a charge-only one. The phone must be unlocked when you plug it in, and you have to tap Trust on its screen and enter the passcode.

  4. Press Scan

The first scan on this computer is free and complete — nothing is withheld. You will see the battery's real cell health and cycle count, whether parts have been swapped for non-genuine ones, and any panic logs decoded down to the component.

  5. Buy credits only if it earned it

Scans are $0.40–$0.99 each depending on the pack, paid in USDT, no subscription. Your key arrives by email and lives in your account — it works on up to two computers.

If something goes wrong

The app says no device is connected

Windows needs Apple's Mobile Device driver to see an iPhone at all. It installs with iTunes from Apple's own site (not the Microsoft Store version, which sandboxes the driver). After installing, unplug and replug the phone.

Windows SmartScreen blocked it

SmartScreen judges a file on how widely it has been downloaded, not on what it contains, so every new release trips it. Confirm the file yourself in PowerShell: Get-FileHash PhoneVitals-1.0.2-win64.zip — if the hash matches the one on the download page, the file is exactly what we published.

The phone keeps asking to Trust

Almost always a charge-only cable, or a hub in the way. Plug directly into the computer with a cable you know carries data.
